The team working there today offered amazing customer service - were very courteous, asked if I wanted to try on my purchases, processed a refund super quickly and explained about their tailoring service

Customer service was quick and efficient. I was given my dress in a carry bag and asked if I wanted to try it on. I was feeling a little sick and I asked for some water . Rep was very sweet and understanding 10/10.

I order a pair of expensive gucci slippers the carrier left it out side I live near the street ..I deliver time was 1pm so I was home checking the package was delivered at 930am ..so I don't know ..they didn't ring my door bell my door was open waiting for them .someone took my package or something and Nordstrom denied me of a refund so I lost almost $900 ..that I work so hard for ..I am very upset 😡

I ordered the sneakers and track pants online and had them delivered to a pick up center on 71st and 3rd Ave. The package came on time and The women were pleasant and quick to retrieve my package. There were signs hung ard the place stating tht sanitizing and social should be done. I didn't have to buy a bag even though I always carry my own. I tried on my Ayo Saucony size 7M sneakers and they are very comfortable on my feet. I would def purchase another pair in a diff style. The Adidas track pants aren't to tight or small. They fit perfectly. .

First, this isn’t an actual store, so yes as another reviewer mentioned, it’s misleading. I went here to pick up an online order from Nordstrom Rack, and the gal that helped me was annoyed and impatient and treated me noticeably different than the girls ahead of me who she was cheerful and friendly with. So unprofessional and it seemed like blatant discrimination. Not something I’d expect at a store like Nordstroms. Disappointing experience.
